Constance Lemen-Kosla

Conni is the founder and President of Colemko, LLC, a WBE (Women Business Enterprise), audited and verified for the Utility Supplier Diversity Program of the California Public Utilities Commission. Constance has had a distinguished career as a senior banking executive with over 30 years of senior management responsibility. In the course of her career Constance has been involved with debt financing many large commercial projects. Conni retired from California Bank & Trust in April, 2015. During her tenure she developed the private banking group into the largest generator of revenues in Northern California. While at CB&T Conni served on several boards and has recently served as President of the Lake County Arts Council. Conni continues to serve on the Board of Directors and is a committee chair for funding.
